  1. Annual Meeting Rescheduled

    We hope you are doing well. This message is to inform you that the South Oak Grove Estates HOA Annual Meeting has been officially rescheduled due to the Community Manager undergoing surgery this week. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

    New Meeting Details

    • Date: Tuesday, December 9th, 2025
    • Time: 6:00 PM
    • Location: Via Microsoft Teams

    A Teams meeting link will be included in the official notice and emailed prior to the meeting.

    An official meeting notice has been mailed to all homeowners and should be received soon. Please review all enclosed materials carefully, including the Teams access information, proxy forms, and meeting agenda.

    The Annual Meeting will cover:

    • Association financial and community updates
    • Upcoming budget for 2026
    • A homeowner Q&A session
